Angie: As a child cycling was a way to have fun and freedom. I rediscovered this joy in my 30s as I switched from running to cycling to stay fit and socialise with other women as I was starting my family.
In my 40s my cycling world opened up further as I ventured into long distance cycling and masters racing. This was also a time I discovered the absolute pleasure of introducing others to cycling after completing my coaching qualifications.
Cycling in my 50s is even more important than ever as it is my key to optimum physical and mental health, and I hope to keep helping others ride their bikes safely and confidently to achieve their personal health goals.
