You will find Paula out on her bike most days and she understands the need for a coffee stop on your cycling adventures. Paula is a teacher by training but has now decided that being on the bike is just way too much fun – and we’re glad she did! Paula has been conducting SheRides Programs since 2016 so she knows what women need to get out there and enjoy the freedom she feels when she’s riding.
Paula will tailor the Together Program to the needs of the group and will build upon the skills learned in the Confidence programs. You just need to bring your bike, helmet and sense of adventure!
This will be an advanced She Rides Together program on Thursdays. We will be doing longer rides, 40-50km on tracks and roads including a coffee stop. Ladies need to have completed at least 1 or 2 Confidence programs and maybe have already done a Together program also.
Due to the this program being shorter in duration with longer sessions, you will need to have a good base fitness, and a flat bar or road road bike. I would tailor our sessions to the needs and wants of the group to get the most out of our rides.
